where do I have my class?
We can use different platforms such as Zoom, Skype, Meets or Hangouts.
However our favourite one and the one we recommend is Zoom.
It’s a free platform and you can have it inyour computer, phone or tablet.
How do I pay?
You can buy any package of hours in our webpage and purchase it by clicking in the “buy now” button. The payment platform that we use is Stripe, a secure payment method. Payments must be done before scheduling a class, except for the free trial.
What information does Spanishlink save?
The only information we save about you is your email. We need it in order to share the Google document with you. The bank information you use in order to purchase our classes is confidential and managed by Stripe, you can read their privacy policy here. When scheduling a class you have the option of adding your phone number in order to receive reminders for free. We do not save such information. That information is not public. When joining the Telegram group we recommend you to set up the app and hide your phone number. We don’t keep nor process any information about you but your email.
What do i Need for the classes?
We try to be as simple as possible, having a normal internet connection is important. You can take our classes in any screen basically, although we recommend a laptop or tablet because that way you can see the teacher while getting to see the document which we will be working on, this option is not possible normally with phones, some tablets can do it too. No papers are required, but you can always write down something if you want, of course. You will be provided with all the material needed for the class.
How much time do I have to use my class hours?
We consider 6 months to be enough time to use the hour packages. Both the 5-hour and 10-hour packages have a 6-month expiration.
You will be notified via email when your package expires or is close to the expiration date.

How do I know how many hours of my package I have used?
You will receive an automatic email when you have reached 50% of your package hours, as well as another email when you have reached 100%.
Remember to check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.
what do you mean by a flexible class system?
As you have noticed we sell hours, not classes, that way you manage the time you purchase as you prefer. How? very simple, your classes don’t have to be of one hour always, you can have 45, 30, 15 minutes classes. We will be counting the time that you have used, and will notify when reaching the 50% and 100%. You will know in every moment how much time you have used too, it will be written in the document of our classes next to the date of every class.
What if I'm late for a class?
The teacher will always wait for you for 15 minutes. If you arrive later than that without previous notification the class will count as taken. You can always let the teacher known that you can’t assist to the class or that you will be later than 15 minutes, at least 3 hours in advance, otherwise the class will count as taken. Once you notify the teacher about being late or not being able to take a class you can reschedule it.
